NAI Landmark is working with a local land owner to create a new Industrial Subdivision. Preliminary plans call for .5 acre to 2.5 acre M-1 and M-2 lots in the City of Bozeman, with great access to the highway and rail service. Preliminary city review is slated to begin in December and the owner will be accepting letters of intent shortly. Build to suit is also possible.
