The Montana Council of the Boy Scouts of America signed contracts today to purchase new offices at 1940 W. Dickerson @ S.19th. Construction of the interior improvements will start soon. The Dickerson Professional Center has struggled in the recent economy to attract tenants and buyers, but efforts by the ownership, Bruce and Maury Weigand and the lender, Matt Johnson at First Interstate Bank have put some attractive terms in front of clients. These buildings will eventually be in the center of the activity created by the new jail and law & justice center. Welcome to the hood Boy Scouts.
